Starting Out with PHT:

Has PHT just installed a Monitronics monitored security system in your home or business? Then we welcome you to the Monitronics family. Your emergency response information has been provided to the Monitronics Central Monitoring Station, and we are ready to respond to signals from your security system.

Very shortly, you will receive a notice in the mail from Monitronics that PHT has assigned the ongoing monitoring alarm agreement to Monitronics. This means that Monitronics will assume all monitoring, billing, and service responsibilities for your security system per the terms of the alarm monitoring agreement. Our highly trained Monitoring Center staff is dedicated to providing you with the most responsive and reliable monitoring service available.

We at PHT would like to express our appreciation to you as a valued customer. Our highly trained staff, together with Monitronic's UL-listed alarm monitoring station is dedicated to providing you with the most responsive and reliable monitoring service.

Invoices for monitoring service will be issued monthly by Monitronics, and payments should be made directly to Monitronics. You can make convenient payments online, or call 800.447.9239 and follow the prompts.
